The premises inside Palazzo degli affari have multifunctional and modular structures, suitable for all needs.

On the ground floor, it is possible to obtain areas fitted out in different ways, suitable to host up to 280 participants, with reception and registration desks.

The space available can also be used for standing or seated catering events.

A new "reception" area for Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari has been created on this floor (on the side of Piazza Adua) since May 2007, devoted to welcome all the people participating in the congresses hosted by our venues.

The new reception area is equipped with 4 plasma monitors, connected to the "Information display network" system, the closed circuit channel of the pavilion, broadcasting all the various working sessions inside the premises, thus allowing people in other halls to follow the meetings in progress.

Like all other floors, the ground floor is also covered by a wireless Internet connection service.
